So you might have figured out by the heading of this post that I have been stressed a bit lately and I really don't like it. It makes me crazy and changes my personality which is something I hate doing.
So if any of you know of a good way to relieve stress, I am interested.

My thing is to brush my teeth, for a really long time, floss, mouth wash, and then I do it all again until I feel totally great :) Or you can just take a moment to give some one a call, send a card or make some one some of your home made salsa ;) Take just a moment to do some thing simple for some one else, and then dwell on the happiness you brought them.
