Having gone through a similar situation with my beloved husband of 23 and a half years, in June of last year. My heart goes out to you. The journey as it is called is not always pleasant, its very difficult, but has such a beautiful side to it. If you need someone to talk to please, I am here, willing to listen, share and cry with you. It is a very appropriate time to close a blog. I had not thought to blog about my husbands short 14 week battle with Melanoma cancer, I am blogging about my experinces since. It is cathartic and is helping me to learn and understand myself and a few other things too. My love and prayers go out to your family. Marne' Newton. ( I went to HS with Evan)

Julie -
My heart breaks for you; and for your family. While I never had the opportunity to meet Evan, I can assure you he has had an impact on my life.

I wish you much strength and peace as you begin this new journey. It will be difficult, but you will learn so much along the way. Please feel free to reach out or contact me at any time - koconnor1009@hotmail.com

You will all remain in my thoughts.

My dearest Julie,
My heart is so broken and I can't express how sorry I am hear this. I kept praying for the miracle we all wanted and will never give up hoping that a cure will be found. I hope you can feel my love and arms around you and hope that peace will come to your family soon. All my love, Tiffany Snowball.

I just lost my father to cancer. He died on 10/06/10. He was 61. He left behind a wife of 38 years, two children and two grandchildren ages 5 and 8. It is terrible and awful and the grief process continues to be terribly difficult. We can only rejoice in knowing he is pain free with his heavenly father now and reflect on the wonderful memories we are blessed with. I am so very sorry for your loss...so very sorry. Love and prayers...
